Refunds for ChinaPie one-time Plus unlocks and digital trip reports. Effective September 19, 2026.
Plus is a one-time digital unlock (not a subscription). If payment succeeds but unlock or PDF delivery fails due to our systems, email [email protected] with your account email and approximate purchase time. We will restore access or refund after verification.
If you simply change your mind after a successful unlock and download, refunds are generally not available. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
Unlocks earned via valid invites are promotional entitlements and are not cash-refundable. Fraudulent invite activity may void the entitlement.
If you purchase through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Hotels, tickets, tours, and experiences fulfilled by partners or OTAs follow that seller’s cancellation and refund terms. ChinaPie does not guarantee partner refunds.
All support, billing, privacy, press, and partnership requests use one address: [email protected]. We do not publish a separate sales or legal inbox. If a regulator or court needs operator details, email that address and we will provide them.
