Refund Policy
Refunds for ChinaPie one-time Plus unlocks and digital trip reports. Effective September 16, 2026.
Digital Plus unlocks
Plus is a one-time digital unlock (not a subscription). If payment succeeds but unlock or PDF delivery fails due to our systems, email [email protected] with your account email and approximate purchase time. We will restore access or refund after verification. If you simply change your mind after a successful unlock and download, refunds are generally not available.
Invite unlocks
Unlocks earned via valid invites are promotional entitlements and are not cash-refundable. Fraudulent invite activity may void the entitlement.
App Store purchases
If you purchase through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Partner experiences and bookings
Hotels, tickets, tours, and experiences fulfilled by partners or OTAs follow that seller’s cancellation and refund terms. ChinaPie does not guarantee partner refunds.
